A Year in Recipes $12.00
This book is filled with a selection of recipes that I have taught during last year in my popular clevercook cooking classes in my home in Brisbane and there are, of course, some recipes from this blog.
The book is in easy PDF format and can be purchased for only $12.00.
My lovely clevercook class students have been asking me to put my recipes down in an easy format for them to refer to and here it is! They are designed to work with your Thermomix machine but could be adapted to conventional means. There are 50 recipes from ice-cream to soups, to entrée’s & mains. And of course, there are Sweet Things too. There is also a gluten-free section – for grain free and sugar-free recipes see my other book: a paleo year in recipes. Have you tried my Zucchini Hommus or my Magic Bean cake yet?
Recipes included: Strawberry “Daiquiri” Cocktail, Chicken Liver Pate, Pumpkin & Feta Dip, Siu Mai Dumplings, My Indian Chicken Curry, Beef Bourguignon, Very Berry Cheesecake, Poppy Seed Brioche Roll, Honey & Macadamia Sorbet, “Magic Bean” Chocolate Cake, Maple Syrup Butter and lots more!
As you know, I am not a professional chef, merely a keen cook and mum; juggling work, home and my stomach! I have always loved to cook and eat (or is it eat & cook!) so I hope you enjoy my modest foray in cyber-print. The recipes in my books are easy; use your discretion when it comes to seasoning as everyone’s taste is different. Also, in my efforts to reduce my sugar intake, I use minimal sugar in my recipes, so if you like your sugar, taste and adjust as you go.
