No Gluten Here!!

Magic Bean Chocolate Cake

If you are in Brisbane, book your place in the Gluten Free Cooking class on Saturday February 25, 2012.

At the class learn how to mill your own grains to make fresh, nutrient-rich flours and blend a gluten free flour mix that is very nearly the “real” thing!! Did you know that grains lose much of their potent antioxidants within 48 hours of milling? And that commercially milled flours are achieved under intense pressure & heat, which in turn, kills precious nutrients…

I have a great gluten free bread recipe that is soooo easy and quick to make. We will be doing shortcrust pastry and using it to make fresh strawberry tarts. And of course, there will be the Magic Bean chocolate cake too!

This class is a must if you have gluten intolerances OR if you know of someone who does, because, they will be a friend for life if you cook for them. I am not gluten intolerant but I do have friends that are and they are so appreciative when I can make something for them that tastes delicious (read normal, real, yummy!)

Check out the details for the class here.
