Raw cacao & Goji Bliss Balls with Coconut butter

These are so easy and full of antioxidants, MUFA’s and vitamins. The recipe is definitely a “whatever goes” in that as long as you start with your foundation ingredients, you can add whatever you like to flavour. I often vary them with cinnamon, tahini, spirulina, coffee,  etc. but not all at once! I tend to use a mix of dates & prunes as I find 100% dates too sweet – decide for yourself.

In your TM:

70g mixed nuts of your choice
70g dates or prunes (I use a 60/40 mix)
30g mixed seeds of your choice
10g chia seeds

Blitz for 10 seconds, SP 9. Then add:

30g coconut butter
20g raw cacao

Mix on SP 6 until is comes together. It will not be soft enough to form a ball but will press together easily in your fingers. This is the foundation recipe. Add whatever flavours you like. I add:

15g goji berries
1/2 teas cinnamon 

Roll in desiccated coconut or sesame seeds and refrigerate.
