Baby, it’s steamy outside…

After all the rain we have been suffering, it finally gave us a break today which resulted in humidity of 80% !
What a better way to refresh with some homemade fruit gelati, made in a minute. You will have to start the day before though.

300g fresh apricots, halved, pitted, then frozen
Half a fresh orange, peeled and depithed
50g sugar
1 egg white

Mill the sugar, SP 10, 7 secs. Add the fruit and chop SP 9 for 10 secs. Scrape down the bowl if required. Insert the butterfly and add the egg white and whip SP 4, 1 minute

Serves 2 – but that’s relative, isn’t it?!
